BACK TEXT: Kitch-iti-kipi Just a handful of miles north of US-2 and west of Manistique is Michigan's largest freshwater spring. It flows at over 10,000 gallons per minute at a cool 45 degrees Fahrenheit. A large raft (no fee) takes visitors across the 40 foot deep pool to give a better view of the bubbling clear water and the large trout lurking below.
