Return & Refund Policy
At MI Puzzles, we want to make sure your experience is as seamless as a perfectly placed piece. If your order isn't quite the right fit, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your puzzle to request a return. To be eligible, the puzzle must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, with the shrink wrap or factory seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
We’ve made it easy to initiate a return directly through our store.

Self-Service: Log into your account or visit our portal to start your request.

Approval & Labels: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and specific instructions.

Return Shipping Cost: For standard returns (change of mind), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.

Secure Packaging: Please ensure you package your puzzle securely for the trip back. We do not offer full refunds if a product is damaged during transit back to us.

Damages & Missing Pieces
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a puzzle is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different puzzle is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be unopened and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund to your account.
